Tazu Oozu domesticates icons of public space. Depending on size and elevation he installs scaffoldings to come as close as possible to the chosen object and to be able to install ready to use interiors around it. He has turned church weathervanes, signs, sculptures and luminaries into parts of non-public indoor rooms.
In Eindhoven he will work on the street-lighting and show them as part of a private bedroom.
