Claude Monet – Nymphéas, Yves Klein - Blue Monochrom, James Turell How do you reflect on light as a material or media in your work? The light is the immaterial material. It is a multi-dimensional substance, engaging different levels of perception, sensibility and meanings - metaphorical, symbolic, poetic. What was the guiding interest in your conceptual approach of your work we see during GLOW? To engage at the same time more complex and more simple cognitive experience of space, time and ourselves. What made it interesting to work in Eindhoven? New space, new public. What kind of respond do you expect from the audience? Attentive.
