Project: To Pass is Enough
Location: Nieuwe Emmasingel
‘To Pass is Enough’ is a spectacular video surface in which Dominik Lejman will use a surveillance camera footage filming people during the day. At night the film will be projected at the same spot onto pavements as a negative image, so there's a chance people are able to see themselves recorded as shiny silhouettes amongst others. The following day another negative projection of the daily recording will overlap the previous one, so the volume of the projected crowd will grow in the next days. This project is an extension of a video surface that the artist has initiated a year ago in the old town of Warsaw, also coherent to his video murals which represent different crowd's activities.
